Journey, not a Destination [The Nut Mountain|Stanley|Tasmania|AU]

Sometimes our “goals” are disturbing the journey of life as we miss life itself and peaceful moments. The same problem I see in designing parks and recreational areas. Sometimes artists and architects concern not on the journey but on extravagant points of attractions.

Harmony.

Harmony with oneself and with the world. Do not fill life and the built environment with unnecessary artificial attributes that bring nothing but a distraction from the present.

Don’t forget to enjoy your journey as the destination is your last exhale.
